It's been a long seven months since I last posted here... My life has changed dramatically. Where should I even start? I guess the logical answer would be the beginning.
Last time I mentioned my mom's ill health. Well, it's not a problem anymore. To put it plainly, she's dead. It sounds harsh, but it has been harsh and is still harsh at times. It's hard for me to describe my exact mental state, but I can tell you I feel unbalanced a lot of the time. All I can say is, "Wow!" It's been a very long time since I've been on here to upload anything. I'm a bit surprised at the changes they've made to the site, but I'm adjusting quickly.
Sigh, I'm not so sure I can say that about the craziness that has been my life recently... Spring quarter has been absolutely killer. Ironically, early this year, I thought winter quarter was a mini version of hell, now I know better. Winter quarter was purgatory, spring quarter is hell.

My model graciously let me use his body for this photo shoot as a birthday present : D I'm quite pleased with how the concept turned out. I was aiming to capture the essence of ambiguity/androgyny; the blurring of the lines between gender. I hope to eclipse this amatuer work in the future through publishing a professional photobook rendering this same theme, but in a more polished way.
Thanks to all of you who watch me & fave my art~ It boosts my spirits & brigthens my day. I plan on uploading some more poetry & prose soon and maybe a flower series of photographs. We'll see : D
